Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga Yoga is a system of Yoga popularized in modern times by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. The name Ashtanga Yoga means “8 limbs” in Sanskrit. The practice is a dynamic method of sequenced postures linked with breath and concentration techniques that aim to give practical experience of the 8-limbed method.

Yin yoga is for you if you are tired and craving energy or you’re over-stimulated and have too much energy.
Yin Yoga is slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles
